Abstract and semi-abstract landscape, skyscape and botanical artist.
About Me: Art has become a therapeutic practice for me, a way to process thoughts and emotions, in addition to prayer. It also reminds me that God created goodness, in life and in people, though each person must decide whether to embrace it or not, and if there is goodness there is also hope, in spite of all the badness. I love to create pieces that inspire a feeling of joy and peacefulness, highlighting the beauty and good in creation. Especially landscapes, skyscapes, cloudscapes, florals, foliage, plants, botanicals and abstracts.I struggle with chronic health issues, and disability, and am a helper to elderly parents who also have many health problems. Between the three of us the list of acronyms would probably fill a whole can of alphabet soup but the biggest are: Scoliosis, Chronic Fatigue, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, Fibromyalgia, COPD and Arthritis. My health problems and family situation render me unable to hold down a conventional job, so your support (whether financial, prayer, telling others, etc.) is greatly appreciated. In case you are wondering, I am a Christian and live in a small town in Illinois, USA.
